I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with over 35 years experience of practising yoga, and over 16 years of teaching. My teaching is mainly Scaravelli- Inspired, based on the premise of unwinding tension; cultivating deep stability; and coming to reside in a place of stillness.
In my classes you will be encouraged to move slowly and with awareness of internal experience. The result is more easeful movement, improved breathing patterns and a calmer clearer mind.
I offer classes and workshops online via zoom; small group classes and workshops face to face; 1 to 1 sessions; and occasional retreat days in Northamptonshire.
My classes are suitable for anyone who would like to work in an intelligent and healthy way to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
