I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with over 30 years experience of practising yoga, and over 10 years of teaching. My teaching is Scaravelli- Inspired, based on the premise of unwinding tension; cultivating deep stability; and coming to reside in a place of stillness.
In my classes you will be encouraged to move slowly and with awareness of internal experience. The result is more easeful movement, improved breathing patterns and a calmer clearer mind.
I offer classes and workshops online via zoom, and small group classes and retreat days on a face to face basis in Northampton and surrounding areas.
My classes are suitable for anyone who would like to work in an intelligent and healthy way to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
